A lunch was held on 13th April AT Helsby Golf Club – 38 people came, and had a very enjoyable lunch.
Margaret Corlett was presented with several leaving gifts bought following a collection from choir members. – She expressed her sadness at having to resign as MD because of other ocmmitments.
JohnEvans and his wife Angie were there, a great way for us to get to know them and vice versa!
It was also a great pleasure to see Barry Lockwood here following a long absence through illness – We look forward to seeing him back at rehearsals.
This was deems a great success, which was in no small pasrt due to the effosts of the Social Committee – Many thanks to them!
