We have finally secured a date for out Christmas Concert, this is the highlight of Kelsborrow Choirs year..
The dates for this function are Tuesday 14th December 2010, and the venue is Chester Town Hall, a prestige event indeed.The city of Chester band will also be performing at this event too. Tickets will be on sale soon, so please keep an eye on our Events pages. More details to follow.
On the 6th May 2010 the Kelsborrow webiste was the victim of a successful hack attempt.
The hackers/crackers didn't take anything from the site, it appears that after talking with the hosting company that they just did a server sweep and found an exploit in one of the scripts this site runs. The exploit was fixed within less than 2 hours and the site then went live again.
Ash-worth Time Bank, A Musical Evening Concert, a huge success.
Kelsborrow Choir attended a concert on 22nd May 2010, the event was a fund raising package for Ash-worth Time Bank. Also participating at the concert were two young musicians, Zara Fyfe (Soprano) & Josh Briegal on the Saxophone, both performing separate pieces. These are definately two names to look out for in the future.
